Prior to your first consultation I will send you a Nutritional Programme Questionnaire to fill out and return to me before we meet. This enables me to consider your individual requirements in advance so that you get maximum benefit from your session. After discussing your concerns, you will leave with an achievable dietary strategy that fits in with your lifestyle.

Follow-up Consultations: 45 mins - 50 mins
Your second consultation usually takes place 4 weeks after the first one. Subsequent consultations may be 4-6 weeks apart, or even longer, depending on your needs. In these sessions we will review your progress and refine your dietary strategy.

Telephone and Skype Consultations and Follow-ups: Telephone and Skype consultations are also possible with the same fees as above.
A follow-up is also available two weeks after the initial consultation to monitor the first stage of the programme. 20-30 mins Fee £20
Cancellation Fees: Unless 24 hours notice is given, I regret that you will be charged for the consultation, except for in extreme circumstances.
Supplements: Very often supplements such as vitamins, minerals, digestive aids or herbs are recommended to give you the quickest route to good health.
Tests: In certain cases biochemical tests are advised to determine the underlying causes of your symptoms. I organise these for you via reputable laboratories who give quick results which we discuss at the following consultation. Most of the tests carried out are non-invasive (stool/saliva). The detailed results enable us to work out the most efficient protocol possible.
